A. You must upload your Micorsoft Access Database via FTP to the fo;der of your choice.

Q. How do I request the 30 day money back?
A. Simply email us your username, password, and why you wish to cancel within thirty days, and we process your refund within 24 hours.

Q. How do I make a payment?

A. All payments are recurring. Your payment will be automatically billed though your account.

Q. How do I stop billing?

A. If you wish to close your account simply email us your username and why you wish to cancel within 20 days of your next billing cycle. You may also login to your PayPal account and choose cancel subscription (PayPal Subscriptions Only). You must also include "I give you permission to delete my website and all of it's content." in your email.


Q. I'm going to purchase my own ssl what do I need to know?
A. Our servers are Windows 2003, You may request a certificate key via your control panel or you may send us an email to create one for you. If you require a technicians to set up your SSL, there will be a one time $30.00 installation fee.
